  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.

  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.

  • Adhere to the salon and spa's published policies and procedures.

AS A GUEST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.

  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.

  • Be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect.

  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.

  • Ask questions about your salon and spa experience.

  • Request information regarding training, licensing and certification.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

  • Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within two days of your appointment.

TARDINESS:

  • Tardiness has a negative impact on the spa, staff, and other client experiences. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our salon atmosphere.

RETURNS:

  • Due to the nature of the products we sell (cosmetics/skincare), we do not accept returns.

PRICES:

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

CHILDREN:

  • To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Minors under 16 can receive spa services however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS:

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CashApp, ApplePay, Venmo, CashApp and Cash. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

LATE CLIENTS, CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING:

  • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

  • Due to an increase of last-minute cancellations and no shows, we have been forced to instate new policies regarding appointments.

  • Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service. If there is a no-call/no-show 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

  • We are a small business with large overheads, and we cannot afford to have this happen regularly.

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • We respect the privacy of our guests. It is our policy that we will not sell, rent, or loan any client information to third parties for email, direct marketing or other purposes. Collected client information is used for the establishing client profile and service records only.
